We also do not engage in high pressure sales tactics, where a commission salesperson gives you an unrealistically low price to lure you into signing a contract prior to your selections being made, approval conditions known, or the total cost of the project being known to you - only for you to then be given many price increases after it is too late to pull out. These tactics that are used by many Builders can cause great financial and emotional harm to clients.
Our approach is based upon honest conversations where we work together to strategise the best way forward, and as mutual trust is established we seek to move forward from that basis.
Our contracts, specifications and pricing are actively transparent, and our communication is clear and regular.
